When a table is flagging me down when I’m CLEARLY taking orders from another table.

When a customer compliments me to a manager.

When a customer is venting about their life.

When Chef compares me to another server.

When I’m training someone and they are not making me any money.

When you see the schedule and ask everyone if they want any of your shifts.

When I come in and see that I have the front section.

When we get to try the new cocktails on the menu.

When there’s a contest to see who can sell the most of the special and the prize is a bottle of liquor.

When a co-worker get’s all worked up because they forgot to drop share plates before the appetizer came out.
